Your flowers are shipped farm fresh and may arrive looking closed or a little tired. This is completely normal. Flowers rest during transit to protect their blooms. As soon as they arrive unwrap them place them in clean cool water and allow them time to hydrate and wake up. Before placing them in water trim each stem at a slight angle using clean sharp scissors and remove any leaves that fall below the water line. Change the water regularly and keep your flowers in a cool area away from direct sunlight and heat. With proper care your blooms will continue to open and look beautiful over the next few days.

Orders are carefully processed and shipped to ensure your flowers arrive as fresh as possible, with shipping details and delivery timing calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact Metro Flower Market within 24 hours of delivery by emailing customerservice@metroflowermarket.com and including clear photos of the product so the team can review and assist. Slight color variations and natural size differences are normal and not eligible for refunds or replacements. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled within fourteen days of the scheduled delivery or event date.
